UL CE consumption bigger than DL CE

Dears,

I have a question in 3G Huawei, in all boards specification we have DL CE bigger or equal to UL CE, meanwhile the mean consumption of CE in UL is bigger 4 times than DL.

Please your help and clarification.

Because they have built-in chip for demodulation DL signal, so DL almost no CE consumption.
Other vendors also works like this.

Dear Hanim,

I got this feedback from Huawei expert and I need your opinion.

“Number of DL users is expected due to Code distribution, meanwhile number of UL users is not”.

can clarify this point.
