When customers travel on a road, there is a phenomenon where the device switches to 3G and does not return to 4G for a while. When I measured the signal at that road, I found that the 4G signal quality was still good. So what cases can happen? And how to fix it?

4G to 3G usually happens based on RSRP. So check the RSRP there rather than SINR. If RSRP is poor there while SINR is good, you can modify the thresholds of reselection or handover from 4G to 3G.
