UE RRC request in Random Access Resource allocation

Hi,

Random Access Resource allocation:
UE can send msg3 with GroupA or B based on below condition.

Query: when this potential message size for RRC Connection request is greater than messagesizeGroupA?
I mean, in which condition UE need to send larger RRC request?

RRCResumeRequest1
It will have the full I-RNTI which will increase the size of msg3.

I think it’s for SA message flow.

This will be used in Stand Alone, when UE resumes connection from RRC Inactive to RRC connected via RRCResumeRequest1 message.
