There is a problem I have been facing, and wanted to share with you.
I am trying to implement MBMS feature in LTE so managed to send SIB2 and SIB13 messages to UE and sure UE has received them. However, I am not sure about UE has received MCCH Message(MBSFNAreaConfiguration). I am using a UE with TEMS Capability and dont see this message. Is there any point that i am missing? Any reply would be appreciated. Here I am attaching some logs from UE side:
