UE not able to receive HO command as suddenly RSRP of serving cell went down

Hi Experts.
Let’s suppose UE has send measurements report to serving eNB.
And serving eNB decide for HO and then it sending HO command to UE.
But UE not able to receive HO command as suddenly RSRP of serving cell went down.

So in this case what would UE do?

Radio Link Failure → RRE.

If UE won’t get consecutive in sync then it will send RRC connections reestablishment?

Yes, after RL Failure, there should be Re-Establish, and then maybe, after some A3, HO should be OK, or else, B2/A5, RWR or HO to other band, or else, drop.

Most probably UE will reestablish directly with target cell
