UE capable of 5G SA on mmWave bands

Hello Experts,

I’ve been searching for a UE or module that supports 5G SA on the mmWave bands, not through 5G NSA or NR-DC as I often see but only with one cell in FR2.
Most of the time I find UE capabilities for this in the FR1 band (n41, n77, n78…) but never in any FR2 band. My goal is to connect such a device to a mmWave setup with only one cell in SA, no dual connectivity.

Would you have a reference supporting this configuration ?
