Hi Experts.
Can some tell what is UE average attach time in LTE?

ideally it should be less than 1ms

On DT KPI level, usually the threshold is 100ms. If you have simultaneous SMC + RRC Reconfig then it should be completed within 70-80ms.

Based on my experience it is between 400~500 ms.
The capture points are the time between attach request message and attach complete message (it is based on the network).

Can anyone tell me what is standard time for LTE attach?

< 3-4 sec.

Bearer is always ON.

For signalling part it should be ~500ms from RRC connection request to rrc reconfiguration complete message
