I have a script that was executed on a specific site to balance traffic between two TDD carriers.
However, there is a gap between the two carriers. I selected specific cells on particular sectors to conduct a test.

The marked commands failed. 
Can anyone advise what factors to consider or what to look for in troubleshooting this issue?
Try using a reference signal value of 120 instead of 150.

But regarding the second marked command, any ideas? It seems to be related to the first command in the script.
You can try changing it to -3.
It’s possible that your RRU doesn’t have sufficient power.
Try using the calculator based on your network configuration.
