Troubleshooting SCTP Failure: Block Flag and X2 Setup Issue

Hello all,

Can you help me for solve the SCTP failure:

  • PING OK on SCTPHOST to SCTPEER
  • DSP SCTPLINK, I found that a BLOCK Flag is BLOCK

And the X2 is created automatically with SCTP Failure.
