How can i solve this issue
i tried to restart synchronization and bbu i dodesnt help

Hi, @salebgd, check config on other side. Is it SYNC_RECEIVER, priority. Or some connections issue.

The BBU clock is locked and functional, but all RRUs are not in phase sync ,most likely fronthaul fiber or transmission path issue, or internal sync distribution fault

the problem was solved with power reset of bbu at location

That’s good news. Most likely, the internal oscillator in the BB has assumed the correct synchronization frequency after the power restart. But there is a possibility that the fault will happen again… Good luck!
