In one of our LTE sites, Carrier Aggregation (CA) is not functioning.

Which configuration parameters should be checked to identify the cause?

Which CA feature are you using - ERAN or Inter eNodeB CA?

Both can serve as fallbacks for each other but require separate configurations.

This assumes that the necessary relations are established and sCellCandidate is enabled.
