Testing SRVCC in a VoLTE device

Hi Friends.
I am looking for testing SRVCC in a VoLTE device.
Can anyone suggest a possibility to do this test.
I learnt that “attenuators” can help reduce 4G (LTE) signal.
Any Leads to get me to the right Attenuator provider?
