TAU and Invalid Mandatory Information

Greetings
We are getting issues where UE are disconnected from the network. We tried to set all Enodeb to TAC=1. But it did not solve the problem
Attached I share the request from enodeb/UE and response from the MME:

I believe the issue is on your MME configuration not matching the eNB config, what are you doing with TAC mapping?

Hi

EPC vendor endup doing a patch on their MME implementation

They said the issue was that UE is sending incorrrect GUTI information

Today all CPE do reattach even after a complete network blackout
