Is t310 2000 msec fine with n310 as 10?
Or t310 1000 msec with n310 as 10?
In both cases PDCCH consumption is there, but we have 200 msec for sync in chance through n310 as 10.
So will high t310 will be effective but delay can be high and affecting throughput?
What is suggestion here t310 as 1000 or 2000 msec?
Because sync is what we expect but in poor radio conditions chances too become less.
