One of the most useful change for RRC signalling is increasing the T300 timer.
i have one LTE case the RRC signalling degraded suddenly from 99.9% below 80%, after changing the timer T300 from 200msec to above 600msec, it recovered the KPI’s.
I tried first to increase the tilt as the failure mainly was due to RRC No reply, but down tilt did not resolve the issue.
my question here, is anyone have any impact after T300 increment?
for my case i cannot see anything from KPI’s, is there any customer experience impacted for such change?
I also found no major degradation after changing from 200ms to 1000ms
