SW Error on Ericsson Baseband with NR TDD

Hello Experts!

Has anyone faced a “SW Error (Contact Next Level of Support)” on Baseband 6630(SW22) when operating NR NSA TDD MidBand RRU4418 (3 cells) together with LTE FDD (12 cells) in mixed mode?

Any insights on root cause and possible workaround or fix?

Good day.
You need to align the software in the RRU and BB, for example, by reloading the BB and RRU one after the other with a hard test. It’s better to upgrade to the same software with the RRU already connected.
