LTE FDD 850 band is having high muting due to external interference.
What can be the suggestion to reduced to push traffic on FDD 1800 layer apart from changing multicarrier settings?
What is your blerthreshold set for qci1?
For muting its seen cell having poor SINR ,X2 HO failure, high prb utilisation majorly contribute as leads to RTP packet loss.
You can check RTP timeout timer as well configure in SBC.
