Sudden hign UL BLER in 2300 band

Hello Experts,
One doubt regarding LTE:
2300 band is showing high UL BER from last 2 days.
No physical or parameter changes happened for the site in past 4 days.
What can be the reason?

Possible causes: External interference, new site onair in the neighborhood,UL ICIC feature deactivated on neighbor sites.

Is it FDD or TDD?
