SRVCC preparation from LTE to 2G but neighbor site is fine

Hi All,
I have SRVCC preparation from LTE to 2G, but my neighbor site is fine.
Neighbors are defined properly, any suggestions.
Does A1 and A2 threshold needs to be checked or any other issues?

For SRVCC as it Inter RAT need to check B1 or B2 threshold.
Make sure all definition done for SRVCC in BSC end with all license present.
Between MME and MSC SGS interface properly configured.

In BSC end,anything to define in 2G end?
To make sure any parameter to be on?
Preparation is my issue at LTE end.
