SRS port configuration for 5G

Hi All,
I have one question related to srs port configuration for 5G:

Possible SRS port configuration is 1, 2 and 4 port.
Based on which condition network decide port configuration?
Is it directly related to Uplink Mimo or some other paramters as well?

Based on your network configuration and you need to check
Alpha SRS = alpha1
P0 nominal SRS = - 80
Parameters available in all NRCELL objects

In LTE part under LNCEL-10/LNCEL_FDD_0
srsActivation = true
srsPwrOffset = 7

Based on which condition network decide port configuration?
Basically Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource sets are configured by the higher layer parameter “SRS-ResourceSet”.

SRS-Resources” can be configured or set to (BeamManagement/semi-static/semi-persistent/aperodic/periodic) by higher layer parameter SRS called “Resourcetype” and “usage”(‘codebook’ or ‘antennaSwitching’)
This calculation done on NW side based on the UE capability(as an example ‘1T2R’, ‘2T4R’,
‘1T4R’, ‘1T4R/2T4R’, ‘1T=1R’, ‘2T=2R’, or ‘4T=4R’) that is indicating UE supports 1 2 or 4 ports.

Is it directly related to Uplink Mimo or some other paramters as well?
Its depend on how the calculation done on NW side based on the above SRS-Resources configuration with including UL MIMO.
