Speed test use UDP or TCP traffic?

Hi All, one question.
Speed test use UDP or TCP traffic?

I think TCP.

HTTP threads.

HTTP is a application layer protocol. What is underlying transport protocol?

HTTP used TCP
It’s like HTTP Threads → TCP → Packets

Hello dears, answer is here:

https://help.speedtest.net/hc/en-us/articles/360038679354-How-does-Speedtest-measure-my-network-speeds-

Is vary from server to server.
My doubt is when I am downloading test files from speed.hetzner.de web site it shows very good but practical speed is not that much high.
Can you explain about this?
Whether it is due to multiple http threads?

It’s TCP.

If you want to check UDP go for iPerf.
