Hi Experts,
I’m new here and I need your candid opinion on this. After we rehomed some sites from one RNC to another, some sites started having soft handover failure due to no reply. We have aligned all parameters but they are still degraded on this KPI. They are not along LAC boundary and all necessary checks have been made yet they remained degraded. We tuned CIO to discourage handover to the target cells but no improvement.
