SIB/SI Update in Dedicated Bwp

When a UE is in dedicated Bwp after reconfiguration. And network wants to send SI update.
Does it really need to switch to initial BWP ? Why can`t it have on dedicated Bwp ?

SI is common for all users but not all users are on a dedicated (or same dedicated) BWP

Let me rephrase my question, my ue is in dedicated bwp (not on initial bwp). And network broadcast the SI update. How my ue will read it (which is on dedicated bwp) ?

UE will be notified of SI update via short message and UE should them acquire SI. They may require UE to switch to BWP with CORESET with search space for SI
