SIB message flow for a Video call in LTE and 5G

Hi all,
For automation of KPI creation I need SIB messaging for a Video call in 4G and 5G, to be able to detect starting, buffering and finishing of a video call.
I would appreciate if you can share the flow of SIB messaging.
