My understanding is that after PSCell Change fails (2:08:17.548), PSCell is removed (2:08:17.610)
Your problem looks like a random access issue. Check CFRA parameters.
in 5G NSA, just to reconfirm is it CFRA or CBRA during Handover for RACH?
handovers is CFRA. Also in some vendors it is possible to use cfra in sgnb addition even.
