Set up a Blacklist only for a cell of a specific PLMN

Hello All.

How can I set up a Blacklist only for a cell of a specific PLMN?

I don’t want ANR add to a 4G cell a 3G neighbor with a PLMN XXX-YY

Vendor is Huawei.

Is there any MO on 4G Huawei (like Whitelist) that I just want it to create 3G External Frequency on the 4G of a given PLMN?

In Ericsson it´s possible but I didn´t find it in Huawei.

Hi, you can blacklist/whitelist some plmn with with ADD CELLPLMNLIST
