Search Space number of candidates

Hello guys,

I’m just confused on this particular session in 38.331 SearchSpace IE. How do you determine the number of PDCCH candidate in every aggregation level? How the aggregation level affected the search space PDCCH candidate and the size of CCE?

Who benefits from signaling interfaces defined in an unclear and obfuscated fashion ?

For CSS aggregation level is preconfigured. For USS, the first PDCCH aggregation level is also preconfigured, and then can be adjusted by inner-loop-like control.
