I have an issue in a 2G cell.
SDCCH success rate (exclude LU) is very low in one of our cells.
A3040: Call Setup Indications Timed Out (SDCCH), this counter triggered.
Anyone can suggest a solution.
Huawei system.
Check co-channel interference.
Check T200 timer and RLT value.
If it happens in one cell only, then may be due to malfunction of particular UE (Handset) also.
Check media error.
You might check RACH decoded level.
It might be some phantom RACH.
This issue is pending from long time… low possibility as UE issue .
Might be related to interference or too large of coverage area.
