hello guys. ive been working on a tool to generate inter-site distance for whole network.
now id like to generate rings for each site representing coverage as KML file.
I cant use mapinfo so I was searching now for a tool to generate rings for each point .A simple excel would do it. I thought anyone wrote that already but cant seem to find any. Considering writing vba code already 
any of you know of such a ring plotter for Google Earth ?
