Can u assist resolve PDV_PROBLEM on NTP server (Ericsson DUW) ?
PDV - or Packet Delay Variation - happens when the time synchronization packets between the DUW and the NTP server experience excessive jitter or variable delays.
As a result, you get timing inaccuracies.
Is your NW congested? Congested backhaul network can cause variable delays in NTP packets.
Was NTP Server Configuration working, and stopped?
Check also for any malfunctioning HW like switches, routers, or interfaces.
How is this alarm affecting your NW Performance?
There is IUB Congestion on the site
NTP was working fine and it stopped
The alarm is causing congestion the NW
System clock in HOLD_OVER_MODE on the DUW

Is it congested all time?
Does this alarm occur when there is no congestion?

From the alarm logs. The alarm popped up when the site started congesting
