Remote troubleshooting steps for cell not taking traffic

Hello UMTS E// Experts,
ALPHA 2100 is not taking traffic.
Any remote troubleshooting steps?
RU/FU connected.
TMA conected to ALPHA sector is disabled.
Getting this alarm:
M AntennaBranch_FeederCurrentTooLowInBranchA SectorAntenna=1-1,AntennaBranch=A (Antenna feeder current too low in branch A. Disconnected feeder branch A)

It’s port issue or cable/TMA I believe.

Can I troubleshoot it remotely?
I have just restarted the node, anything else than this?
