Does any have any observation regarding high TTI utilization(>90) but the PRB utilization(<70) is low. I have few cells in a network where the above described phenomenon is observed. Generally, i observed that if TTI utilization is high PRB would also be high.
Formula used are as below and vendor is ZTE:
TTI = 100*(Cell DL Aggregated Time(ms)/(3600 * 1000))
DL PRB Utilization = 100*(PRB Number Used on Downlink Channel/PRB Number Available on Downlink Channel)
