Affirmed core is quite good and stable. If you master it, then no need for support at all. And it works like a charm.
This will last at least until another 5 years without the need to upgrade due to hardware requirements maybe.
It has been more than 4 years i am running it withought the support, without any issues.
That might differ from one operator to another. But that works for me.
