Can anyone tell me what could be the possible reason that all PDCH showing faulty?
Change one faulty
PDCH ---- TCH
If its showing faulty, than you can replace TRX.

It is not only for one site and it is intermittent for maximum site in this BSC.
Number of license PDTCHs on BSC exceed (You should always check available HW num of PDTCH).
As it is Huawei:
Check DSP LICUSAGE
There search PDCH
Max pdch group and packet service hardware capacity.
If usage greater than lic - try to buy new lic;
If not - you should add DPU modules.
