I have a list of 5G SA and NSA KPIs where I need to know the logic or formula to calculate these KPIs.

Other than some standard KPIs such sgnodeb addition SR or PScell change SR which are universally standard KPIs in all vendors, in other cases it would not be possible to accurately find the counters which correspond to numinator and denominators of these KPIs.
In most cases these KPIs are defined by the operators based on their needs.
You may refer to vendor specific documentation which may help you find the KPI definitions in some cases.
