RACH success rate is 0.
Not a single RACH getting success.
Its CT timer expiry for msg4.
What could be the reasom?
Zero means Configuration or Parameters issue.
Please check Baseline.
With format B4 it’s working fine.
With format C2, zero.
This is the only change.
If you want to know any particular value, tell me, I’ll check.
Start with checking Anchor and NBR definition.
Check zcz and cell radius.
Vendor?
Check limitations.

Just checked that msg3 is not properly decoded by gNb.
CRC-NOK for all msg3.
ZCZC was set to 11, i also tried with 0.
