When the cell has bandwidth 50 MHz then the max PUSCH power is less than when the cell has 100 MHz bandwidth, right?
PUSCH power depends upon number of resource blocks + MCS + PL + transport function.
So indirectly yes but UE will always calculate power based upon number of resource blocks scheduled for it.
Got you, So once UE has less UL RBs then PUSCH power will be less, right?
Yes, but there are other factors too.
