ZCZC is same for all cells (12=~14Km right)

In Huawei is a parameter called cellradius.
If RACH are coming from a distance larger than cell radius won’t be accepted by eNodeB.
So if cellradius is 2 km and RACH are coming from 5 km all of them will fail.

It is Uplink interference averaged for all PRBs.

Issue is that no matter how you tune it, say 7 km, if cell is dominant at 8 km distance then UE cannot pass RACH from 8 km and will not quit the cell.
Will send PRACH till it will drain battery.
So foot print needs to be adapted as well to cellradius and all the other parameters.

Why we are not looking prach cyclic shift? It can be fine tune as well as per clutter.
It will give distance from how far UE try for RACH attempt.

Right. But this will grab lot of poor RF traffic and will kill all KPIs and nobody wants this.
This cell radius parameter is very risky and all operators are affraid of it to chaneg it to 15-20 km but this is exactly how MNOs should start with.

I vote for this. Take all cells with more than 50 intrafreq neighbors and downtilt them.
Network wide shoudl be done this.
There are cells even with 90 neighbours or more.

Best method to look ANR report to find neighbour addition with serving then map with map info to take call for tilt change ,deboosting, etc.

So we should adjust zczc together with all params and a new RSI plan.
