Hello experts. Proporcional Fair needs subband CQI for scheduling decisions but when a user is elected which CQI is passed to the phy layer because if we asume one Transport Block per user then only one CQI is valid.
In resume, from the subset of CQI subband frequency selective which one is actually choosen to transmit.
