I want any help as I facing a problem when I want to formate Baseband which has upgrade (R13F43) by logging into baseband by emergency Access IP (https://169.254.2.2/ea.html) I did not found Boardrestore Bottom so I can’t format it

BBU connected and format problem solved.
It is possible to connect and download and format with Firefox.
