PRACH index value for LTE

Hi Experts,
Could you please tell what is PRACH index value for LTE?
Or is it based on preamble ID will be assigned index value?

Hi we have PRACH config index table which will indicate in which subframe RACH wil be transmitted.
Generally for FDD taking value 6 and for TDD 13.
