Please suggest best parameters setting for HO/Load Balance in High PRB Utilization/Low DL Throughput scenario.
Vendor is Huawei.
Same question in ZTE.
If coverage overlapping is almost 70 percent with neighbor’s frequency mlb with prb or ue based can shift traffic.
But if you have high pdcch, or high pucch cce utilization, then needs to resolve that first cce utilization.
More than 50 percent can lead to low throughput.
Also if overlapping with neighbor’s frequency is 70 percent reselection parameters too can work.
Inter freq coverage setting will not work.
Make sure to have same coverage for collocated cells, check RS PWR & Tilts.
If both layers are equal BW activate MLB idle and connected.
Configure to balance by UE or PRB.
Adjust interfreq HO thresholds to stop un necessary HOs.
Those settings should guarantee balanced carriers.
