Is any configuration required in SIB1?
When a RedCap BWP1 does not include the CD-SSBs, this BWP1 does not include coreset#0, either.
A RedCap UE on this BWP1 cannot monitor the system information update procedure in coreset#0.
SIB1 and SIB8 updates need to be delivered through RRC reconfiguration messages.
As RedCap-related configuration information is added to SIB1, the number of RBs to be scheduled increases, which may increase the downlink RB usage and SRB PRB usage, decreases the downlink spectral efficiency, and may increase the average downlink cell power.
In addition, as dedicated BWP0s are configured for RedCap UEs, the MCS index selected for SIB1 increases and the downlink coverage range may shrink.
On the displayed Uu Interface Trace page, check the SIB2 message.
If SIB2 contains the relaxedMeasurement-r17 IE, idle-mode RRM measurement relaxation has taken effect.
Otherwise, idle-mode RRM measurement relaxation has not taken effect.
