RSI (Root Sequence Index) Planning Improvement can improve several important KPIs as shown below picture.

RSI planning is very important for succeeding users to move to dedicated mode.

When RSI conflict happens, RACH preambles can not deliver messages from UE to eNB.

Setting smaller cell range when inter site distance average below 1 km is a must.

I have a question: Does “Cell Range” here refer to the configured range (such as the one seen under LST CELL in Huawei’s network), or does it refer to the actual serving cell range, which can be identified through TA?
