Hi Experts,

Does anyone have insights into operator-specific 5QIs (128 to 255)?

Are there any 3GPP specifications beyond 23.501 and 24.501 that provide details on this?

Also, can these 5QIs be used for both GBR and non-GBR services?

Operator-specific QCIs, as received from the MME in the Initial Context Setup, ERAB Setup, or Handover Request, are internally mapped by the eNB based on its configuration.

This mapping is typically assigned to non-GBR QCIs (5-9).
