Some one know how the Menb choose the sgnb target to add via sgnb addition procedure when there is a confusion of nrpci? It means that for the nrpci mesured and reported vy B1 mesurement there are two gutrancellrelation (exteranalgutrancell) with the same nrpci
If 2 neighboring NR cells configured with same PCI as externalcells in enb, the source enb will not send “Snb add request” to any of them.
