There are ssb change events in L1 which is triggered by UE.
For the same frequency and PCI, serving beam is changed to target beam for instance 0 -->2 and after less 200 ms, 2>>0 again , as far as I know this is the control of UE and no L3 event. Which means eithers beams are not seperated , overlapping a lot or UE thresholds to switch beam is too short.
The question is that pingpong could affect throughput in DL ?
