The evolution of wireless communication has moved from traditional orthogonal multiple access (OMA) techniques in early generations to more advanced non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) as we approach 6G.
NOMA presents an opportunity to enhance spectral efficiency, support massive connectivity, and reduce latency, all of which are extremely important for next-generation applications in the 6G network.
