Nokia Handover events parameters A1,A2,A3,A4,A5 B1,B2

Hi, I am looking for the parameters group of each event for HO A1,A2,A3,A4,A5 B1,B2 events in Nokia network.

Also, I know this events are measurements events, but I wanted to ask if by enabling this events it also mean that the HO trigger/execution based on this events will be enabled too or enabling the actual HO based on the events measurements is a different parameters?
