Can you please elaborate why this issue happened?
We have one site that was working fine regarding the UEs latching on 5G and everything was fine.
Suddenly we observed that the UE cannot access the 5G signal from the site, and there is no issues on X2 or any other alarms.
Could be related to the geting RACH or system information reading, cause i didn’t check logfiles, only need to know what are the possible reasons for the no latching thing.

This issue can be solved by wireless if no x2 failure or x2 link as proper. is 4G to 5G NBr may be removed by some one from this site and one more thing if another 4G Nbr Site is able to serve this 5G. Check this first before wireless team helps to resolve this issue. Lock another 4G Site in this 5G to know the issue. if links,NBR are defined and another 4g Site also not serving this 5G then it can be solved by wirless team.

It becomes a sleeping cell ! Check whether SSB is there or not, may need to check gNB and/or UE logs to check rach failure…
